And my brother was like maybe 18.
He was an 18-year-old builder when he applied for that job.
And now he's 32 or whatever it is and owns the company, which is quite amusing.
And the company is probably 50 or 60 years old, this business.
Pretty great foresight from the owner I think because these things don't, again for people to build equity over time to get to a right position financially and everything, it's quite a cool learning curve for staff if you've got good people.
I mean, it's a confronting subject.
So there's been a massive shift post-COVID with people just questioning, I mean, the ways of working have changed.
I hear a lot more about the FIRE movement, which stands for Financial Independence Retiring Early.
And just interested where you sit on that sort of view, like what's your aims there?
One of the things like I always think about at Shares is like one of the problems and the reasons we started this business was because of
It was a Sydney Morning Herald article about millennials and avocado on toast.
And that millennials would never get a hero be able to our house because they enjoyed avocado on toast too much.
And we always thought, why can't you have your avocado on toast and be an investor?
Like a bit of both.
Again, playing to that long game.
And I also think you can...
Like, you don't have to love every bit of your job, right?
Yeah.
But it's important to love maybe what it's building towards or aspects of it.
Ideally, it would be more enjoyable than not.
