Yeah, it has a chilling effect on immigrants, again, who are witnesses to violent crimes, not only here in New York, but all across this country. It's also important to note that as the, you know, we see the facts that the ICE agents had an administrative warrant as opposed to a judicial warrant. And so This administrative warrant did not have the force of an arrest. I believe they were just there to question the individual, perhaps take him into custody at some point in time.
