There are individuals who are fleeing gangs, who do not want to be a part of gangs, and who need the protection of these United States because what they want to do is just contribute to the fabric of this country, contribute to the economy, work each and every day, go to church each and every day, want the same thing that you and I want, and that is to live in a community where they can uphold the law and respect all of the laws
