So it's an earth material.
Brown beads cannot wield.
All right, so we got those basics.
Let's look at each creator separately, starting with Boulder, the god of ground.
His bead color is brown and his language is described as blunt and droning.
When Boulder is content, his song is a deep droning hum, but at other times he is described as a grinding vibrato.
Like when he's around lava for obvious reasons, he doesn't like lava.
Boulder especially appreciates and respects when people use the correct diction when they use his language.
And like we were saying with Khan's Ma, he really does appreciate when people respect his territory.
Just a few examples of Boulder's magic use are opening holes in the ground, mostly to swallow your enemies, shifting stone, that also includes crafting whole bunkers, houses, even furniture, making footholds to climb easier, making bridges, crafting spikes, as Elwyn unfortunately finds out, and plenty, plenty, plenty more.
Then there's Raine, the goddess of water.
Her bead is blue and her language is described as a screaming torrent.
ranging from a deep, gut-wrenching wail to a near silent cry.
Those who call on Rain tend to struggle with the emotions that come as a side effect, for lack of a better word.
We see with Rave that even just hearing Rain's song can cause someone to become overwhelmed with Rain's mournful emotions and start crying.
To sing Rain's song, you have to open yourself up to emotions.
I'm sure that the more you practice, the more skilled you are, the more you can handle the side effect.
But the more power you draw upon, the more you will feel.
And while we have no confirmation of this, I've gotten the impression that blue beads are more uncommon than the other elements, only because we see so few characters with Rain's magic.
We also learned last book that around snow, Rain, yes, like for instance, like Wraith can faintly hear that snow, but she can tune it out while with a downpour with Rain.
