They don't sense that same power from rain with the snow.

Examples of rain's magic use are summoning clouds to protect moon plumes from the sun, water bubbles to trap enemies, parting water or moving bodies of water, which only the most powerful can do this.

And while it's never been done before, we do think that Rave will uniquely be powerful enough to wield snow.

Then, of course, we have Claude, the goddess of air.

Her bead color is clear, and she's sometimes usually playful and other times ferocious.

She's described as a ribbon of silk, soft to touch unless it's turned to the slide and she can slit you with its edge.

Claude appreciates being showered with praise and good manners.

She loves a great compliment.

And examples of Claude's magic are ripping the air from someone's lungs, or in Rafe's case, ripping their lungs out of their body, removing the air from an area so that person cannot wield ignos, pushing boats on the water,

vortexes that can pick up snow and ice and do a lot of damage, blowing sand around to blind your enemies.

Next up, we have Ignos, the god of fire.

His beet color is red, and Igno's songs are described as a ferocious hunger and impassioned greed.

His examples of magic include fireballs, fiery hands to seal up those wounds, torture like fire whips.

And then last but not least, we have Calus, the god of ether.

We know very little about Kaelas's language and who can hear it.

The only confirmed person is Khazari, I think, though we do speculate the troubled Mindweft and Avi can too, since they can read the Book of Void best.

And we have supporting evidence that Elowen at least could sing Kaelas's song like we talked about last episode.
