Um, so usually it's, I get a hundred dollars for two posts.

I usually just leave it up anyway because when I post a product, it's a product I align with and it's something I actually eat or drink.

So I just keep it up because it goes along with my feed.

And if I'm not getting paid, I do just get a lot of free products sent to me anyways.

And if I like the product, I'll share it and tag the company.

Um, a lot of it is I have my email linked to my bio, so I get a lot of emails from companies and sometimes it's random things like a water bottle that lights up to remind you to drink, which I wouldn't necessarily use or like a beauty product.

Um, so it's not always just food.
