So that's a great benefit.

It depends on the footprint, right?

Like you've got customers from small to enterprise, global customers all across the world.

So that really differs, but we offer models to support it.

Absolutely.

We've done a lot in the past year even to improve that.

We had pretty good family leave benefits.

In the past, and now they've gotten a ton better.

I took almost four months off and was able to take four months off fully paid.

Is that good?

But honestly, it's not enough.

Well, we are the only industrialized country in the entire world without a paid family leave benefit.
