I think some vampires can just kind of be people who drink blood and I've really lent into the magic of vampires and so there's like a lot about hypnosis and there's the enchanted castle and those sorts of things that give it a bit more of a fantasy vibe.
Yeah, it's definitely the book that I would write.
That's a really good question.
I think there's lots of different ways it could go.
And I think that, I think it's unlikely we're going to see a genre trend as all encompassing as romanticism was as the next thing.
I think it's people are going to segment.
So I think some people will drift towards contemporary romance and then a certain sub genre or sub section, I suppose, will go to more like, I want to say more dark academia is kind of where they're sitting now, but it's kind of more of a, like what we would call old school fantasy and
art market fantasy I suppose.
Well yeah it was certainly different um so I I planned to do everything by the book um so I I
like had it all mapped out that I would write my book, I would edit it, I would go and get an agent and do the old school ways that you're supposed to publish a book.
What I also did was I've started a book talk account.
I post on there quite a lot and have for many years.
And as I was reaching the end of Vow of Eternal Night, another book talker I follow, Bill Wood, posted about how he just finished his book and that he was planning to send it to agents and about
