But why it's becoming like a really popular like publishing journey, I think it's just sort of like an easy way to get that inbuilt audience, right?
Like if you can tell that people are really responding to something and really excited about something, that's kind of like a clear sign that it's going to be successful and that there's going to be an audience for it.
Well, there's always going to be like, yeah, it was like LiveJournal and then Tumblr and now it's like, and then BookTube and now it's like BookTok.
So it's always going to be.

I'd forgotten about BookTube.

Yeah.
But, like, remember when everybody was reading fan fiction back in the day and people, like, when a fanfic would get really popular and then somebody would always end up finding it and then, like, sending it around?
So it was, like, the desire to have the physical copy was always there.
So now they can hold it in their hands.

It's helping our workouts on.
explore those things and then now it is being more traditionally published it's actually quite amazing because it was so ahead of its time this book was traditionally published especially we're talking about like queer stories and queer characters i think maybe like don't fact check me on this maybe like 20 years ago maybe the publishing industry was a bit more hesitant to publish like diverse stories whereas now it's like there's clearly people who want to need like this sort of representation in fiction
Not necessarily talking about the Captain Prince trilogy, but just generally in terms of queer stories.
