Or, you know, you reminded me of somebody and it really triggered me.

There's so many reasons why people act the way they do.

It's not because they're bad people, generally.

No, of course not.

I know, I didn't know that people paid for things, you know.

Quite a few years, maybe four years.

And then I bought in people.

The reason I stopped wasn't because I didn't know how to get PR.

It was time.

It takes a lot of time to do all the legwork and the relationship building and all of that kind of stuff.

And so I realized that there were people already out there that had already built those relationships.

So I didn't need to do it quite so much.

They could use their relationships to get me the PR.

And I still do get some of my own PR now.

But mostly I leave it up to other people to get it going.

Yeah.

They don't know what they're paying for, do they?

But also it's a team effort, even when you're working with a PR, because the stories and the angles, a lot of the time are coming from you.

And if you have something to say about something, you need to get in touch with your PR and say, I have something to say.

They can't mind read.
