He always brags about how much money he has, upwards of $200,000, in his bank account, which he likes to show me. I'm in nursing school trying to get an education, living alone since 17 as I couldn't stay with my foster family, and safe to say I am struggling. Rent here is about 60% of my income since I don't have the time to work full-time due to studies.

I have to do an unpaid placement soon, and I've asked him to cover a portion of my rent, $100 a week. He makes $1,000 a week after taxes so that I can stay where I am. He has told me to get a full-time job and that he won't be helping me. I'm fed up at this point because honestly, knowing who he is is just disappointing.

I have gotten help so many times in my life. I mean, as recent as 2020, you know, when COVID hit, I was unable to get a job after graduating with a prestigious degree. And it's going to open doors in health care. And I couldn't get a job because of COVID. And I had a California food stamp card. And my mom, you know, despite struggling herself, was sending me $1,000 a month to live.
