I am 46 and perimenopausal.
I have a copper coil, night sweats, low libido, slightly irregular periods and brain fog.
I currently take a range of vitamins.
And then you've given me a list actually of the vitamins and things that you take, including collagen and creatine, which gets a tick from me.
Okay, Emma, let's have a little look here.
You know, you're describing very common perimenopausal symptoms, irregular periods, low libido, night sweats, brain fog.
There's more going on in your body, I'm sure, than you've actually listed, because there are things happening at a cellular level that you won't know about necessarily, such as changes in bone density and
And the brain, you may be not sleeping as well or suffering from anxiety, recurrent UTIs, drier skin, tinnitus, dryness in the ears and eyes, all sorts of things.
So, you know, that is due to your lowering levels of oestrogen.
So please, my number one point, do consider replacing your declining oestrogen because only oestrogen will replace oestrogen.
You know, it sounds simple, but it is so true.
And yes, all those vitamins and things that you're taking, I think are really helpful.
