Like, I think about 23 when, you know, they traded for Rui Hachimura and, you know, they just, they made moves going down the stretch.
There just haven't been those types of moves at the deadline.
I think another thing that would be scary for me at this point, and I'll leave it at this,
With Luka, when he was with the Mavs,
it was one of those things where you would have that fear that no matter who was on Lucas roster, he's going to bring them up to heights that they've never seen, or he's going to elevate this team.
He hasn't really elevated this Lakers team in the way that we thought that, that he was supposed to, right.
Or at least, you know, recent history would suggest he should write roster be damned.
You put the ball in Lucas hands, he is going to elevate.
And that's why we, you know, we, there was always a take, maybe he's better than,
And he's better than all of these guys because, you know, he had such great success early in his career by lifting teams that wouldn't otherwise be where they are without him.
Similar to like, you know, that's why I get the early LeBron comparisons because he was able to do that.
And you haven't seen that.
I saw a stat recently that basically he hasn't been, you know, getting it done in the clutch.
It's usually been Austin Reeves or LeBron that have been doing that.
And he hasn't really been taking over games in the way that you would like to.
I wish I had this stat in front of me.
I should have put that in the rundown, but I did not.
But it was a very interesting stat about his clutch play.
And that's really illustrative of where we are right now, because usually it's let's keep it close.
Luka's going to bring us home or keep it close.
