I don't know what protocols are when it comes to law enforcement dealing with handguns or, you know, stuff like that.

You know, if they take it and they immediately clear it out or if they got to go a distance or whatever.

know right but i mean if there's a ton of cops there like i don't know if it were me and i grabbed the gun like the first thing i'm doing is i'm i'm gonna show clear on this thing i'm pulling magazine i'm gonna rack the slide get it emptied out all right cool yeah we're you know gun is now safe and then we'll go on about our business but you know it's kind of like that gal um got that dude you remember that dude that they the it was a black dude that they pulled over

And he had his firearm on him.

And he was legal.

He was legally carrying.

He's got a CCW.

I think they pulled him over for, God, I don't even remember what.

And for whatever reason, they had him step out of the vehicle for whatever reason.

And that gal comes up.

She's like, yeah, it's right here.

It's loaded.

It's right here.

And she goes, okay, well, I'm just going to grab it.

And she grabs the gun and fucking shoots him as she's pulling it out of the holster.

It's like, how?

And people hold... The other crazy thing, and I'm not talking shit about law enforcement whatsoever, and Tanner might even back me up on this.
