Podcast Appearances
Absolutely.
I totally agree.
And like, you've no idea who's listening, who's had a similar experience, who will go, oh my God, that's me.
And that that's me moment is like one of them.
I always say this.
I'm so boring.
Anybody who listens has heard me say this a hundred million times.
But as human beings, I really think that me too, or that's me, or oh my God, yes.
That moment is like the best thing that we can experience as human beings.
It makes you feel so much better about your own experience, so much more confident about even maybe talking about it just on a one-to-one basis.
And I think it's because, and I think podcasts are a little bit similar in that when you are reading a book, it's a solo activity.
Like it's you, it's you and the book.
And with podcasts, for the most part, people listen on their own.
It's them and the podcast.
And so often you are having a moment of, oh my God, that's me.
Or I think that too, or whatever it is that's making you feel a little less alone with whatever experience you have.
You're having that on your own.
And I think that almost makes it more powerful or something.
Totally.
Totally.
