New York is definitely having a moment, you know, because between Zora and Mamdani doing just so much incredible work, like really making shit happen in a way that we don't normally see.

And obviously we've discussed that extensively on the Monday episode over the last few months.

But between that and now this win, it just seems like it's a vibey in New York.

I actually think I'm going to New York in October.

I'm very excited.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And I would have felt like a bit weird about going to America, but there's something about New York at the moment that just feels like it's like its own, its own thing.

Absolutely.

I mean, until they do it again, you know, and I also, you know, Sinead and I, Sinead O'Carroll is filling in for Carl yesterday's episode or Monday's episode.

And, um, we talked a little bit about it and she was talking about some of the good vibes around the team and I've done some research and like, you know, there's things like they're, um,

main player oh my god what it like honestly i used to know i used to know about basketball but like they're kind of the team leader if we want to call it that um took a pay cut so that they could fund they could pay the other players better or get better players like there's all kinds of positive stuff that's going on on that team and again it just feels really consistent with the whole narrative coming out of new york right now so

Now, we have discussed the Beckham feud extensively on this podcast, obviously, which is the issue between Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola and David and Victoria Beckham.

Obviously, we know that there's been beef.

We don't need to go over the nuts and bolts.

But remember at the time, DJ Fat Tony, who had DJ'd Brooklyn Beckham's wedding, came out and spoke publicly about what had happened at that wedding.

And everybody was kind of like, huh, that's a bit strange.

I think you and I even talked about it.

Yeah, we're like, that's a bit strange.
