I just thought it was going to turn a corner because I didn't really know how to run a business.

Anyway, she said, one thing you are really good at, Louise, is social media.

And I meet so many businesses who haven't got a clue how to do social media.

She says, I actually think you could run a business teaching other companies how to use back in 2000.

This is now in 2010.

I'd be like, OK, couldn't you spend £100 in here anyway?

But part of the issue was I was not passionate enough about craft to have those conversations to make the sales easy.

And then I went into social media and I am like, I love tech.

I love figuring out how things work.

And so it just became really fun.
