I mean, as far as valuating pitching, velocity is huge, swing and miss, swing and missing zone.
The expected numbers are getting weighted a lot, fifth and numbers like that.
You know, that probably has something to do with the position I'm in right now to where, like, teams will look at my expected numbers and my, like, underlying numbers from last year and be like, he's going to regress.
So you can't argue with it.
It can only work on getting better.
There isn't, that's the thing is you don't have analytic stats that quantify.
I like to call it dog, right?
There's no analytics for that.
So, you know, I think that certain...
certain teams probably all teams value that to a certain extent but we are living in a world where the the computers dictate a lot and uh models projections things like that so you know that's just the that's where we're at in the game it is what it is just before i get to your observations about the game you just made me think about without naming names but there must been guys who were signed to deals and you're like
I feel like when I look at free agency as a whole, you know, looking at like starting pitchers in my class that were free agents and what they signed for and who they signed with, I think it kind of checked out.
Well, I watch the games and I talk to guys.
