the, they get an entire bluefin tuna and it's like the tuna carving experience.
And you're there for like three hours as they carve up the different cuts of tuna and create different dishes.
And you do a shot of sake out of the, uh, out of the head of the tuna.
Yeah.
It's sick.
There's a lot of awesome.
