I'm in the best shape of my life.
I think it's kind of relative.
you know, it's when you're like 23, it's easier to move around than when you're 31.
But as far as like my body comp, it's very good right now.
You've been to work where you've been.
Yeah, I've been here all off season and obviously now leaking into baseball season.
It's a great, great spot for training and throwing.
So end of the season of 25, I was I would say I was on the heftier side.
Right now, I weigh about 250, 252, 253, you know, give or take.
And, you know, it's just like lower body fat, higher muscle, skeletal muscle mass, or, you know, however you want to quantify it.
getting good protein and it's not too difficult, especially when you're like working out five, six days a week.
I've had a few of those moments over the last like couple months where it's like, I planned something for the weekend and it's like, Whoa, what happens if,
But now we're still here, so it's okay.
