Next one.
Just because your mum got married when she was 25 doesn't mean you need to.
The 30s are the most challenging decade of that, I reckon.
For sure.
I think your 30s is a really challenging decade for specifically the timeline conversation.
Especially, well, 100% if you're a woman.
Because if you think about it, in your 20s, it's not that weird to be single and baby free.
Yeah.
In your 30s, it's...
you realistically have a biological clock.
So even if you're like zippity-doo-dah day, I'm doing whatever I want, if you want to have a baby, like as much as people are like, you've got all the time in the world, there's realistically a timeline.
Yeah.
And it does become this like, me and Jim were discussing it the other day because Jim's like, this is why dating gets so obscure in your 30s because for women that pressure exists.
Well, no, but for women that pressure exists, but for men it doesn't because they can have easily kids in their 40s because they just knock up a 25-year-old.
Do you know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Just the pressure of timelines is so much more prevalent for women in their 30s than it is men and then it can make this weird kind of like...
you know, imbalance between men and women because when you go on a date with someone and you're like fucking 38, they're probably like, does she want to have babies next week where, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
And that does get harder as you get older.
