Well, the drone technology, you know, there are companies like Honeycomb.

There are companies like AgPixel.

You know, these are drones with infrared sensors that can count how many plants you have in a field.

They can look at the cellulose in the plants and on a daily basis tell if they're changing.

There are robotic field hands that are in beta right now that are actually out in fields with GPS sensors working.

And so for people who are looking at startup ideas with farmland and water investing, it's just absolutely amazing the space that they could walk into.
