Two and a half to three hours south of Atlanta, you've got the pecan country.

To the southeast, you've got blueberries.

You've got a tremendous amount of blueberry production coming out of Georgia.

To the east, you've got onions.

I'm not going to find any, the wine vineyards that I'm after, they're not in Georgia.

Going to be going out to California for that.

Going to be going out to Europe for that later on.

But we'll find plenty to occupy you in Atlanta and south of that.

The tech stuff, I want to just mention the tech stuff with farming.

It's one of the main reasons that really pulled me into it as an asset class.

You've got listeners who are brilliant.

And there are software and hardware applications out there that are coming online that are just amazing.

When you invest in something, you want to be able to watch your tenants win.

And when you buy apartments, it's kind of hard to do anything or commercial properties to help your tenants win.

But with farmland investing, this software and these hardware applications are

making these available to farmers, which is one of my main jobs.

This stuff is incredible.

The drone technology.
