This is a two and a half trillion dollar vertical.

I mean, this is very big stuff.

And the other thing is that, you know, a big part of being a farmland investor is is water and understanding senior water rights and water.

Farmland investing is the gateway to water investing.

And so for me, when I have conversations with people, I'm talking about farmland, but I'm also talking about water.

So when you and I meet up and we go out, you'll begin to see that there's a big difference in farms between senior water rights, the number of wells, and there's...

there are things on the horizon in, in terms of investing and it's a huge tie in.

So this, this is big stuff.

I mean, this is massive stuff.

This isn't like, um, you know, little video games on phones.

This is talking about nourishing and hydrating, um,

7.2 billion people around the planet.
