In listening to your most recent episode, I was reminded of a really interesting property in Denver that you may enjoy researching.

It's called the Croke Patterson Mansion.

My family became familiar with it when we were looking at homes to potentially move from another town in the area.

We took our realtor, my uncle, and went to check out this mansion.

It's a historic mansion in Denver, with some interesting rumors attached to it.

As we entered the building, we heard a dog bark.

We hadn't heard a dog bark any other time as we looked around the exterior.

This is interesting because as the mansion was being renovated, the workers would find their work undone and tools had been misplaced overnight.

They brought in dogs to guard the home, but the first dog jumped out a window.

They bought a second dog.

who did the same.

Unfortunately, they did pass away.

I'm not sure how true those stories are, but it was interesting to hear a bark right as we entered.
