You have so much that you're doing and you're so busy.
Like, it's very important for you to be like taking care of yourself first and foremost.
Um, I do a lot of body work and like, I do a lot of self care.
Like I'm doing like, do you know what gyro is like gyrotonics?
It's like sort of like a form of Pilates kind of movement sort of stuff.
I do that like twice a week.
I do the whole thing.
Like I'm kind of obsessed with it.
I think, I think I just like, not that I've never not taken care of my body, but I think
My body has been like my main source of how I- A thousand percent.
Work through everything.
And so I feel like I've neglected it without even realizing.
It's like a subconscious thing.
And if like my body was declining, I was just kind of like, but my body always takes care of me.
Whereas now I'm like, no, let me like actually address it.
And I didn't really notice it until like, I would go on tour when I was younger and do a split and go on stage, like not even warm up, not even take care of my body.
Like I was just naturally always flexible and whatever.
