It's really important to remember that disability is acquired.
And for a lot of people with disability, it is acquired.
You spoke about how 20% of Australians have disability.
Well, 80% of those people with disability acquire their disability.
So when people think about disability, often it's kind of like, oh, it's them, it's not us, or it's poor them, or it's very othering.
It's very, we're different.
We're not the same.
But like, I think we all need to get on board and understand that it's not that we're different.
It's that we're ahead of you in the timeline.
Like every single person will acquire a disability.
It's not a threat.
It's not like,
I'm going to come around and push you down the stairs or anything.
But I just mean like prepare yourself.
