Well, um, I wouldn't tell you why that was their choice, but actually when we went out to market and try to get a few quotes and a few proposals, I remember that two of the vendors had a very similar, um,

Very similar proposals, which consisted both of a term loan plus MRR line.

I don't know why they choose to do that way, but that was, you know, that was pretty consistent.
