they would go to a bakery and pick up all the bakery baking that hadn't sold that day and they'd chuck it in the back of the truck and we would sit in the back of the truck and get driven home eating the leftovers.

Then you'd see like a St.

Pat's bus and it'd just be a massive pelting with leftover bakery goods.

But we wanted to, you know, replicate what, I said, why don't we try and do what the Daily Squeeze was down there, which was fresh squeezed orange juice because Auckland didn't have any

And we knew what squeezed orange juice tastes like being Wellingtonians.

Yeah.

Very cultured place, Wellington, you see.

And so Simon and I set this thing up off the back of left field, which was a little bar that we had down here.

There was a little concession off the back that we turned into a food grade area.
