I was hoping this computer would be that.

I don't know that it will be.

It sounds like it's mainly there to fill the cheap spot and they're going to market it a lot next week and then we'll never hear about it again.

That's probably the more likely outcome.

Similar to when they release a new base model iPad.

The new base model iPad, they sell a ton of them.

No one ever talks about them.

They're not interesting.

They do sell a lot that, you know, mostly like to schools and stuff like they sell a bunch, but no one cares after the day it's announced.

Like if we get one day present, we're like, oh, cool.

They updated the new, the base iPad.

Now it's $5 cheaper and comes with the a whatever chip.

Okay.

And then no one talks about it again.

I hope that's not what this Mac will do.

I fear that it is.

But I hope this is actually a more interesting Mac model.

And hopefully we'll know in a week.

Well, if this rumor is true that they're only using one NAND chip, they're not even using their own Wi-Fi chip, there's no way.

I mean, I don't anticipate them making like a cellular nanotexture version of this with a one terabyte SSD and 64 gigs of RAM for me.
