And that is just something that everybody throughout the whole of human history has gone through when they hit their mid 40s.

But what I think a lot of millennials are hitting right now and what I know I'm hitting right now is that I did not realize until specifically the second Trump administration how much of my identity I had wrapped up in being an American.

Oh, yeah.

You know, and how much I because I don't have religion.

I don't really have faith.

I don't really have anything like that.

A hundred percent.

Like, it was always a part of our programming.

Like, the propaganda worked like a motherfucker on me, you know?

Like, Independence Day is probably the most successful piece of American propaganda that has ever existed.
