I mean, the first time someone said to me, well, how many pounds do you think that this tent is going to hold for a chandelier?

I've met people who were difficult who became deranged during their wedding, you know.

But someone who is essentially a really—everyone's nervous, and they're not at their best or their nicest.

But if it's a decent person, I try to remind them that there is life after this.

But also I say, what do you want?

Like, what are you looking for?

Because—

They'll say, well, the client wanted that.

I said, the client doesn't know what they want.

The client wants to have a great party.

Right.

That's what they want.

And how we get there, that's our expertise, to explain to them that I know you don't like mushrooms, but other people do, and we just won't serve you any.
