Once it's deemed a murder, under all the terms of what it takes to be deemed a murder, a child murderer is not left out.

So I really strongly feel anyone who murders a child in whatever jurisdiction should never, it just shouldn't, it shouldn't arise.

If I thought I could push a change in legislation towards child murderers, yes, certainly get engaged in a cause to do that.
