But when we lost Ciarán,

Like I describe it in the book as honestly as I can, because it's like it's it's devastating to be in that position.

But then you've got to make a decision what you do next.

And for us, like it was trying to stay afloat in the storm.

And there was an awful lot of the knowledge I had from the sea that was was keeping me going.

But it definitely, you know, I don't know, I can't even I look back and I don't understand how we got through it.

Yeah, yeah.

Like when I went back to work, I would have thought my immediate reaction would be back to work.

And my bosses thought I would be back.

They thought that's how Marie will cope.

She'll pick herself up, she'll throw herself into work and she will be 100% going.

And they were shocked as I was when I wasn't.

And I took my full maternity leave, even though I was at home with no baby.

And some days were were devastatingly difficult just to even get out of bed.

But when I did go back to work, I actually happened.

I had to do a promotion interview.

That's another chapter in the book.

But actually recognizing my competitors in that competition because they actually were the ones who got me in there.

Like I shouldn't have turned up for that interview because I wasn't able, but they got me ready there.

So they actually helped me to compete in that competition.
