And so just do your homework and just make sure that you know the person well.
They offer you preparation sessions and everything.
And you feel quite comfortable in their space as well.
So, yeah, one of the other aspects of the work I do is helping people navigate adverse prolonged experiences from bad trips.
So it does happen and people can get much worse, actually.
And so, you know, these are substances and experiences that have a lot of power and therefore that they also have a lot of risk.
And yeah, so just I would just say just be diligent on your own behalf and
Yeah, I mean, and I understand that people want to do that.
I'm not sort of advising against it.
It's just that it's hard because a person who's looking for treatment like that, how do they tell if someone's like a good practitioner who's trained well, who knows what they're doing?
It's very difficult for a regular person to know that information.

But I would say, you know, if you want to engage in that, engage with a psychologist or a therapist first.
Get that support.
And then if you want to sort of do some underground work, then you've got actually support already set up in place in case things, if they go well, great, you can build on that.
And if they don't go so well, you've got that support as well.
So just a bit of a harm minimization message, I guess.
Just, I mean, there's a range of different, if anyone who's interested, we're working at the moment with MDMA and we're working with psilocybin, but there's a whole range of other clinical trial stuff happening, 5-MeO-DMT.
ibogaine, LSD, ketamine.
