Exactly.
So they're working their stuff out on you unconsciously and you're working your stuff out on them unconsciously.
And maybe together you can start to do that more consciously.
Yeah.
And that's a beautiful thing and requires a lot of generosity, a lot of grace, a lot of owning up, cleaning up your side of the street, relaxing blame.
So there's a big journey there.
So treat your partner well.
exquisitely because they're the ones that's going to reflect back and be that sort of crucible for for your own work as well yeah yeah and you're probably half wrong so take that as a starting point yeah yeah you're right it is um
And just on that, because I'm always, you know, have my mental health hat on too, there's some relationships that are characterized by coercion and violence and other things.
And so, you know, for some people, that's not the crucible to be working out your stuff in.
For some people...
Yeah.
No, no, you need to work it out as you go.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, it's been wonderful.
And like your podcast, podcasts like this do help people work it out and help people remember the stuff that they're, you know, working on and also gives people hope that there's other options and other treatments and that as well.
