Jim Leahy, who runs Sullivan Street Bakery, called me up and said, I have this new way of making bread.
It's unbelievable.
I'm like, I'm good.
He's like, no, you're not.
This is amazing.
So I said, okay, we'll go over.
And somehow it wound up that a video crew went with us.
So I went to write this piece for the Times.
I was writing for that column in the Times at the time.
at the time, and someone said, bring a video crew.
