There were about 12 or so other inmates on the tier that would not have to go and come.
Also, when Bill Bond made that statement,
it leads you to believe that you could see the door to the tier from the camera outside of the tier.
So if he saw the door and nobody went in or out, he could say nobody went in or out.
But with the release of the videotapes, you know, last year,
You see, number one, you cannot see the door to the tier, and someone could go to that door and leave by staying on the right-hand side of the staircase that leads up to the tier.
And we know that there was some orange blur, as they're calling it, either an inmate wearing orange or guards carrying sheets up the stairs, which go to that tier.
So Bill Barr's statement that nobody went in or out of the tier is based on nothing,
And the fact that he ignored that somebody on the tier could have done harm to somebody makes his conclusion just ridiculous.
And when I heard that, I said, he's either part of a cover-up or he's the stupidest guy on the planet.
Bill Barr is complicit in this cover-up.
In his recent congressional testimony, when he was asked about Dr. Barton's comment that he thought it was more of a homicide,
Bill Barr said, under oath, he said, Dr. Barden came after the fact.
That's what he said.
I laughed when I heard that because Barden, everyone knows Barden was there for the entire autopsy.
Dr. Sampson, who was the chief medical examiner of New York at the time, who called it a suicide a few days later,
She came after the fact.
She called it a suicide, and she never saw the body.
She was not there.
The two pathologists that did the autopsy said it looked more like a homicide.
