So if you're in a situation where you do need to be very regimented and you do need to be very repetitive and intentional and you do have to follow tradition, you're probably not going to perform very well.
So a lot of this, it's not that any trade is good or bad, except for one, which we'll get to in a second.
It's just that they're different.
I am personally extremely high.
I'm actually, I'm like 99th percentile.
You are up there for sure.
And openness to new experiences.
You're not a degenerate like I am.
Second one is conscientiousness.
So conscientiousness is somebody who's very conscientious, is very detail-oriented.
They're very organized.
They're very reliable, predictable.
They like things to be in order.
They like to have structure and schedules.
I'm definitely not super high in conscientiousness.
I actually, I think when I was younger, I was extremely low, but I think now I'm probably around average.
