And like, there's this ancient question of nature versus nurture, like how much of us is just born into us and then how much of us is determined by our environment and identical twins who are genetically identical, but who grow up in different environments.

tool of measurement.
Right, a natural experiment, yeah.
To resolve this as much as possible.
So you, you, it's based on the variability, right?
That's right.
It's the variation.
So if you have a very stable, uh,
non-variable environment.
Most of the observed variability between, say, two twins or two people will be genetically determined.
It's almost like there's a stew and there's
two types of ingredients in the stew.
And like one is genetics and one is environment.
