Two things that I've done in the clothing side of things that I think have been extremely helpful.
One is I went to a lunch and got my colors done.
I've had this too.
It's great.
It took a while for the things to settle in, but...
But she's there were so many small things that helped me like create some distance from myself with like trends and things that I was like, OK, this doesn't this is that I can admire that.
I think it's gorgeous, but like it's not right for me because it's this color and like that color is not good at me.
So that was like a really helpful thing, I think.
Also made me like appreciate certain things in my wardrobe and be a bit more like discerning about what is in my wardrobe.
And then another thing is there's this famous stylist called Alison Bornstein.
And she talks about your three, working out what your three words are.
And every time you add something to your wardrobe or you want to buy something, you kind of need to make sure that it fits into these three words.
Oh, what are they?
It's great.
It will be personal to you, like whatever you... Oh no, I've got to figure out my words as well.
So you've got to figure out your words.
But one of them is like what you aspire to be.
One is what you feel most comfortable in.
