Technology back then, if you remember the cameras were in the back of the net, and then if the goalie had his pad or he was well-positioned, you couldn't see the puck.

Now technology is much different.

It is after our playoff run, after that goal was not counted, and technology is much better.

So usually they get the calls right with the NHL now with all the camera angles.

Yeah, so I'm back doing player development.

I've been pretty lucky, treated really well in Calgary with the ownership.

I was an assistant coach for eight years, been doing player development for three or four years.

We got some exciting young players coming up for us, Craig Conroy,

I've been doing a good job, so I've been doing play development for a while, and it's a good position for me.

You know, I worked with Cole all year.

He was my guy, actually.

Great kid.

His approach to the game is so mature and so professional, even though he's only 19 years old.

What he did, from junior, it's a big step.

You just talked about it with the NCAA.

He adapted and made that step and played extremely well.

Went to the World Junior.

And again, another big step.

He had a great World Junior, adapted very, very well.
