First thing I'll do is always say when you're haggling, especially if you're talking to a real person, whether it's online or whether it's in web chat where you can haggle more now, be nice.
They are people.
They're human beings.
They have to do their job, but they don't have to pull out all the stops for you.
You want to win them to your side.
I call it financial flirtation.
