What up, DP?
Happy Monday, boys.
Every day's a Super Bowl.
Let's go, back row.
RIP, John Sterling, DP.
I've been lucky to live a sports life.
I mean, listening to the likes of Chick Hearn, Al Michaels, John Madden, Jim Nansen, Scully.
I mean, I know there's others, but John Sterling was a staple and also a favorite of Seaton's.
I mean, he certainly had some funny calls for home runs, man, one of a kind.
But best of the weekend, Dan, of all the players in the NBA, Joel Embiid needed this playoff win the most.
I mean, it's not going to help his MVP trophy age any better because I don't care what you say, Joe could still have won that year, but it was still nice to see him win that series and play well.
Drew's been hampered, and, you know, it's just good for him.
Worst of the weekend, Dan?
Getting excited to watch both these games, seven yesterday, and then getting... And then listening to the fans chanting Angel Reese while her boyfriend, Wendell Carter, was at the free throw line, and then he misses?
No!
Good!
I would go with We Didn't Start the Fire is not quite as good as Dancing on the Ceiling.
I would go less hokey to Billy Joel.
But to Paul's point about putting those two together and making them analogous, it's because of their hokeyness that we make an analogy between those two being left out of things.
That would be a fantastic thing.
