I'm a big believer in having operating principles in the company that are very easy to remember and that everybody talks about because they allow you to create culture and insist on those things as you hire new people, etc.
So I'm going to talk about some of them real quick.
No friction.
As I was discussing with Nathan, we were literally product-led from the get-go.
So some people had this job to be done.
I want to design an email or a page quickly, no code.
And we had a product that we thought would help them get the job done.
Well, if that is the playbook for you, and product-led growth doesn't work for everybody, as you know.
