What ended up happening was we saw, I guess we saw where the market was going.

So we started creating the solutions on the cloud to where we could go ahead and develop our platform there and host different stuff, but we were still doing it all with internal people.

So we were building out those applications with project managers, account managers.

Um, and then we started realizing the SAS was there.

What happened is we got a little bit of the model wrong and had some mismanagement in the old, uh, the old C-suite that's no longer here.
