Um, we have our blog, blog.frontapp.com and then, um, medium.
I post a lot of things on medium.
So it's, um, my handle is Colin Mathilde.

Yeah, we're doing a few experiments, but I think we have a product that not a lot of people are looking for.
And so, so far, it's turned out to be like a huge way to get leads.
Plus, no one is in charge.
And so it's many experiments right now.
So, yes.
So, we know that our user churn is 3% monthly.
Customer churn.
It's gross.
So, user churn, yeah.
Customer, number of companies that leave divided by total number of companies that use the product.
Yep.
But then our revenue churn has always been negative because we have a model where we have to let them expand.
Yeah, exactly.
In new teams.
And so that's always higher than the down sales.
