It has been three months since you've been on our show.

And I usually don't have guests back that quickly.

Actually, let me just pause and rewind.

No, three months since I did a show, not on your show.

Did a show.

But you were on our show about three months ago.

Eight months ago, I think.

Was it really?

Okay.

That's like a time warp.

That's crazy.

I thought it was much more recently than that.

Yeah, for sure, for sure.

Well, this is really good timing then because we were talking about your trip on the show and you were heading to Turkey and you were so excited about it.

And it was a great episode and you got everybody pumped up about your trip.

And so now the follow-up of what did you learn?

And it's kind of like the most mind-blowing thing that you're going to dedicate your life to what you've learned essentially, right?

Hard to believe it's been that long.

I just want to give people a feel for Matt LaCroix.

So Matt, I guess before we continue, just in case people are new and they didn't catch that first episode, maybe just a brief introduction of yourself and kind of what you're all about and what you do.
