Does it seem like... I mean, it's so wild and just hard to believe that there's an alien hybridization mating program that we have in order to try to contact or communicate with extraterrestrials.

far-fetched that it just seems like people, whether the guy was in a uniform or not, I mean, he could have been somebody sent by some disinformation campaign by the CIA, by anybody to go and talk to this congressman and just give him this crazy idea just to make Congress look stupid for talking about the subject and for believing these outrageous, outrageous claims.

That seems more likely to me than we actually have 12 facilities across the country where aliens are mating with humans in order to communicate with people.

But these are going outside of the atmosphere as well, right?

So next might be just diving in a little bit deeper into this fifth dimension for people and maybe just explaining kind of like what it is, how it works, how it works with the other dimensions.

When I think space-time, I think the four dimensions of space and time.
