It is insane.

I love it.

Oh, this is fantastic.

So this is their new plan to basically, they go, you know, it's hard getting people on board.

So why don't we just do this very bizarre dog leg?

This is a brilliant idea.

I mean, it's evil.

I mean, it's immoral.

But it's brilliant.

Yeah.

Oh, I'm so impressed by this.

You find a tiny little council that needs money and is desperate for things and possibly should just be absorbed by one of its neighbouring councils.

Yeah.

You fund it and then you go, what if you were 40 times larger?

I'm admiring their wily, out-of-the-box thinking.

That's what you get in Silicon Valley.

The trouble is that, as you say, it's a lot easier to win over a small council, but they are still struggling at this stage.

They managed to get approval from the council to explore the idea of this proposal.

But then there's a Sassoon City sort of town hall meeting where people can come in to voice their opinions on this latest development.

I've got some reactions there as well.
